The GRC panel is a glass-fiber-reinforced concrete panel with light, strong characteristics and it is possible to make flexible configurations matched to an architectural design. It was adopted for the exterior material of the new Nippon Keidanren Building completed in April, 2009. Because the GRC panel needs low alkaline special cement, anti-corrosion treated metal fittings and epoxy coating reinforced bar have been mainly used.

NSSD 410 rebar can be safely used in the above special cement without coating due to its inherent resistance to corrosion in low alkaline. Its good cost efficiency is more suitable for the GRC panel.
